On Friday afternoon’s I’ve been going out to lunch to celebrate the end of another week of forex trading & to indulge in some good food. I usually take my mobile forex trading office to Duke’s in West Maui to unwind on most Fridays.
Over the past two months, I lost 40 pounds! I still got to eat good food, but did so moderately. The SAME technique for helping me lose weight, also made me a better forex trader.

I’ve never been able to lose weight without keeping a diet journal. Every time I have kept a journal, I’ve lost weight. The same principle applies to online forex trading.
